A familiar face
Chef Gu has been a long-standing part of the Blue Waters story. He has been with the restaurant from its earliest days and is the reason many of our most loyal customers return time and time again.
His years of experience as well as his obsession with quality and balance are most obvious in our sushi items; while many sushi restaurants save costs by increasing the ratio of rice to fish, Chef Gu insists on keeping at least a 50/50 balance (if not even more fish at times).
